Director of Market Intelligence

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of market intelligence initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Market Intelligence will oversee competitor analysis, provide actionable insights for product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Retirement Division.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement a vision and strategy for market intelligence programs aligned with corporate goals
• Direct the gathering and analysis of competitive intelligence and industry data to support product positioning and development
• Develop and disseminate market intelligence reports and tools for internal management and sales teams

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
• 12-15 years of experience in the annuity industry or financial services sector
• Experience in market research and competitive intelligence, including data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and SQL or similar data analysis tools
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
