Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Market Research Operations (Remote - EST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team executing quantitative and qualitative healthcare market research studies
• Oversee feasibility assessments, vendor sourcing, and ensure accurate project scoping and timelines
• Implement innovative recruitment strategies for challenging physician and healthcare professional audiences

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
• 7-10+ years of experience in primary market research, particularly in healthcare
• Proven track record in leading research teams and delivering complex studies
• Strong expertise in feasibility, sampling, recruitment strategy, and vendor management
• Experience with online survey platforms; knowledge of Conformit or similar tools is a plus
