Job Summary
Leading market strategy initiatives, the full-time Director of Market Solutions will manage market and competitive intelligence, build strategic recommendations, and oversee the Solutions Consulting team to ensure effective execution of business opportunities in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Market and Competitive Intelligence to inform roadmap and positioning decisions
- Build Strategic Recommendations based on insights from various teams and market research
- Lead the Solutions Consulting Team, hiring and coaching to ensure effective proposal delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 to 12 years of experience in product strategy, solutions consulting, or a related field, with at least 2 to 3 years in a management role
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance
- Demonstrated ability to turn market research into actionable business cases
- Experience building operational infrastructure, including KPIs and coverage models
