• Lead and develop marketing managers and their teams
• Oversee strategy for product line teams to execute and measure marketing programs
• Analyze goals for pipeline creation and optimize existing programs while developing new ones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of people management/leadership experience
• 8+ years of sales/marketing experience in B2B tech organizations
• 7+ years of digital marketing experience with various platforms and analytics
• Experience marketing in North America, Latin America, Europe, and/or Asia
