Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare company, the full-time Director of Marketing will own and build the marketing function, collaborating with executive leadership to drive brand development, demand generation, and digital marketing infrastructure in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Champion Ceresti's brand voice and visual identity across all external touchpoints
  • Build and run the B2B demand engine targeting Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and Medicare Supplement carriers
  • Drive the editorial calendar and content strategy, translating complex clinical information into engaging materials
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role
  • Healthcare experience, ideally in Medicare, value-based care, or digital health
  • Demonstrated digital marketing fluency, including expertise in HubSpot and SEO/AEO
  • Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B environment
  • Startup operating instincts with experience in building systems in dynamic environments
