Job Summary
Data-driven and AI-native, the full-time remote Director of Marketing will own the marketing function, focusing on pipeline creation, sales enablement, and account penetration in a complex B2B environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage multi-channel outbound programs targeting enterprise accounts in the marine terminal, ocean freight, and drayage sectors
- Develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring pipeline visibility and attribution
- Partner with sales to provide necessary collateral and insights, while maintaining a high-quality asset library for enablement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of achieving pipeline targets
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing programs, including multi-touch sequences and cold email optimization
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI-driven marketing operations and tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong
- Strong background in sales enablement, having developed collateral libraries and conducted enablement sessions
- Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards for performance measurement and decision-making
