Job Summary
To drive the next stage of growth, the full-time salaried Director of Marketing will build and operate a scalable growth engine focused on customer acquisition, demand generation, and product-led growth in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own customer acquisition through various channels, including paid, organic, and product-led strategies
- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy aimed at measurable revenue growth and improved conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product engagement, onboarding, and retention
Required qualifications
- Experience driving growth and demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record of owning measurable growth metrics such as pipeline and customer acquisition
- Analytical skills with the ability to work with funnel data and reporting frameworks
- Experience mentoring and leading teams effectively, even in lean environments
