Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing, this full-time remote position will manage demand generation, channel marketing, marketing operations, and brand initiatives to drive pipeline growth and revenue across direct and indirect sales channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to drive lead generation and revenue performance
- Lead marketing strategies that support partner recruitment and engagement, enhancing partner-generated pipeline
- Oversee marketing operations, including technology platforms and performance measurement, to optimize marketing investments
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with leadership experience managing marketing teams
- Proven success in building and executing demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth
- Strong understanding of channel and partner marketing, including experience with VARs and MSPs
- Expertise in marketing operations, lead management, and marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience with marketing and sales technologies such as HubSpot and Salesforce
