Job Summary
To shape the marketing strategy for a growing organization, the full-time remote Director of Marketing will build the marketing function from the ground up, translating company priorities into actionable campaigns and initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client engagement and pipeline generation.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate company priorities into clear marketing plans and initiatives across multiple channels
- Partner with Client Success and Business Development to enhance client engagement and support pipeline generation
- Own end-to-end execution of marketing for industry events, including logistics and pre/post-event campaigns
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or professional services environment
- Experience as a primary or sole marketing owner in a scaling organization
- Proven track record of executing campaigns tied to client engagement and revenue impact
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
