Job Summary
Leading the US Marketing team, the full-time salaried Director of Marketing will develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy, drive pipeline growth, and enhance customer acquisition and retention in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the US B2B marketing strategy aligned with commercial growth objectives
- Build scalable demand generation programs across various channels, including digital marketing and events
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify pipeline opportunities and execute campaigns that generate qualified demand
Required qualifications
- Experience in building and scaling B2B marketing programs that generate pipeline and revenue
- Proven track record in developing demand generation strategies that integrate multiple marketing channels
- Strong background in partnering with Sales and RevOps to enhance commercial performance through data-driven marketing
- Experience in creating sales enablement programs and marketing assets for business growth
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with agencies and internal teams in a fast-paced environment
