Job Summary

To drive marketing strategy and execution, the full-time remote Director of Marketing will lead demand generation initiatives, enhance brand positioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth in the healthcare technology sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B SaaS marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets
  • Build and scale a predictable lead generation engine focused on revenue conversion and pipeline growth
  • Own product positioning and lead product launches while conducting market research and competitive analysis
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 6-10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience in healthcare technology or EHR strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience aligning marketing with sales outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of modern B2B buyer behavior and digital engagement strategies
  • Proven success in building executive thought leadership programs and leveraging social media for business outcomes
