Job Summary

To drive awareness and enrollment growth for Graduate, Workforce Development, and Online programs, the full-time salaried Director of Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies while collaborating with academic leaders and managing various marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans to support enrollment and revenue objectives
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating inquiries and applications while optimizing performance
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign data to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in higher education
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
