Job Summary

Owning and executing BAMKO's paid media and demand generation strategy across enterprise and mid-market buyer segments, the full-time remote Director of Marketing will manage campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, and HubSpot while collaborating closely with the EVP on strategy and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand visibility and performance goals
  • Personally build, manage, and optimize paid search and social campaigns, taking direct ownership of performance metrics
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance reporting, ensuring proper attribution tracking and validating lead quality with sales leadership
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in paid search and paid social, preferably in a B2B context
  • Proven track record of building and executing performance marketing programs from the ground up
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn, including automated bidding strategies and audience targeting
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
