Job Summary
Leading the growth strategy for Pirate's Booty and Permissible Kids Snacking, the full-time salaried Director of Marketing will develop and execute brand strategies, drive consumer engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance, with the option for remote work preferably from the East Coast.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of annual and long-range brand strategies to drive sustainable growth and market share gains
- Serve as the brand and category expert, leveraging insights to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic choices
- Collaborate with Commercial and Sales teams to translate brand strategy into customer-facing growth levers and distribution priorities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management or consumer marketing roles
- Demonstrated success in building consumer brands and delivering measurable business results
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen for data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
