Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Strategy & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define how marketing drives business growth from pipeline modeling to campaign ROI frameworks
  • Own the marketing measurement strategy, including definitions of MQL, pipeline, and attribution
  • Build executive-level dashboards that connect marketing investment to revenue performance
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years in marketing analytics, strategy, or operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or GTM organizations
  • Proven success leading a marketing analytics or strategy function with measurable revenue impact
  • Expertise in pipeline modeling, attribution, data visualization, and familiarity with SQL or Python
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and modern data stacks
  • Experience building and managing small teams (2-5 direct reports)
