Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Analytics & Database Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven strategies to optimize channel performance and campaign execution
- Oversee the DTC customer database and develop a unified customer data model
- Analyze performance across various marketing channels and build KPI frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in DTC, ecommerce, or customer-centric marketing analytics
- Proven success in driving measurable growth in acquisition, retention, and LTV
- Deep experience in database marketing, CRM/CDP environments, and customer segmentation
- Strong background in predictive modeling and statistical analysis (Python, R, or similar)
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
