Job Summary
Director of Marketing Analytics is a full-time role responsible for leading marketing measurement across various channels, driving data-driven decisions, and managing a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end marketing measurement initiatives across owned channels, including personalization and promotional campaigns
- Translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Design and apply causal inference methodologies to isolate incremental impact and inform decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in advanced analytics or related roles, with 3+ years in a management position
- Strong understanding of omnichannel campaign measurement and full-funnel marketing channels
- Hands-on knowledge of running incrementality studies and causal inference methodologies
- Experience in driving marketing measurement innovation and building high-performing teams
