Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of marketing analytics, the full-time remote Director of Marketing Analytics will manage a team of data scientists to drive acquisition and retention strategies, measure marketing performance, and unlock growth opportunities across various channels.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement marketing performance metrics and allocate spend effectively
- Translate broad questions into actionable research plans and conduct proactive data exploration
- Design and scale A/B testing frameworks to enhance funnel performance and channel effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in marketing analytics
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Deep expertise in digital marketing metrics and experience with paid marketing channels
- Advanced proficiency with modern data stacks and data visualization tools
