Job Summary
Leading the strategy and optimization of enterprise applications for global Marketing organizations, the full-time salaried Director of Marketing Applications will partner with various departments to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency while overseeing the lifecycle of marketing platforms and processes in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy aligned with Marketing's business objectives
- Oversee the portfolio of Marketing applications and drive their optimization and modernization initiatives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Digital Transformation roles
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives
- Deep expertise in supporting Marketing organizations and marketing technology ecosystems
- Experience leading implementations of platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable technologies
