Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Automation & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology systems strategy
  • Architect and maintain the lead lifecycle strategy, optimizing lead management processes
  • Define, track, and report on conversion metrics, using insights for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing operations or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on expertise in Marketo and HubSpot; certification is a plus
  • Proven track record of owning marketing automation platforms and deploying scalable strategies
  • Deep experience with lead lifecycle models and CRM integration, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in BI/reporting tools like Tableau or Looker
