Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Marketing Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing automation strategy, including product ownership and roadmap development
- Oversee email campaign production and performance optimization across various channels
- Manage offshore resources for automation tasks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing and CRM
- 7+ years of experience in marketing automation or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and CRM data architecture
- Experience in B2B demand generation environments, preferably in EdTech or K-12
- Salesforce and/or Account Engagement (Pardot) certification preferred
