Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute AI-augmented inbound and outbound strategies while continuously testing and optimizing performance
• Lead teams to develop and qualify opportunities using AI-assisted research and ensure effective use of resources
• Hire, mentor, and train Business Development Team Managers to enhance selling behaviors in an AI-enabled environment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a sales or marketing development leadership role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI and automation into sales or marketing workflows
• Proven track record of exceeding personal and team quotas
• Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement platforms
• Deep expertise in modern prospecting and social selling techniques
