Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the remote Director of Marketing Operations will build and manage the operating systems behind marketing efforts, ensuring effective campaign execution, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing operations strategy, including systems for analytics, attribution, and reporting
- Oversee campaign operations workflows for various marketing initiatives, ensuring clean tracking and measurement
- Conduct regular marketing performance reviews, providing actionable insights and reports for leadership
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles within B2B SaaS or developer tools
- Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce, with expertise in lifecycle automation and funnel reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and address data quality issues
- Experience in designing and implementing marketing processes and systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment while collaborating across teams
