Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations & GTM Systems to architect and scale their systems and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize HubSpot, including CRM architecture, lifecycle governance, and campaign tracking
  • Manage the marketing technology ecosystem to ensure effective tool integration and governance
  • Design and maintain data dashboards for performance visibility and ensure data accuracy across systems
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Systems
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot is required
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Prior people management experience preferred but not required immediately
