Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations & GTM Systems to architect and scale their systems and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize HubSpot, including CRM architecture, lifecycle governance, and campaign tracking
- Manage the marketing technology ecosystem to ensure effective tool integration and governance
- Design and maintain data dashboards for performance visibility and ensure data accuracy across systems
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Systems
- Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot is required
- Strong understanding of B2B funnels and lifecycle marketing
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Prior people management experience preferred but not required immediately
