Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize marketing strategy by translating growth goals into executable programs and measurable outcomes
- Own the operational infrastructure for marketing programs, including campaign planning, performance tracking, and reporting
- Develop measurement frameworks to assess marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related roles within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, pipeline generation, and demand generation
- Experience in measuring marketing performance and its impact on pipeline and revenue
- Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM and marketing automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
