Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operationalize marketing strategy by translating growth goals into executable programs and measurable outcomes
  • Own the operational infrastructure for marketing programs, including campaign planning, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Develop measurement frameworks to assess marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI


Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related roles within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, pipeline generation, and demand generation
  • Experience in measuring marketing performance and its impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
