Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a strategic Marketing Operations roadmap aligned with company goals
  • Establish reporting systems and analytics to track funnel performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Lead the Marketing Ops team and ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales and Business Development


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or GTM Operations, particularly in demand generation
  • Experience scaling a B2B SaaS company from approximately 100M ARR to over 300M ARR
  • Proficient in optimizing Marketo Salesforce lifecycle frameworks and attribution reporting
  • Strong understanding of funnel analytics, data governance, and campaign taxonomy
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
