Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strategic Marketing Operations roadmap aligned with company goals
- Establish reporting systems and analytics to track funnel performance and optimize conversion rates
- Lead the Marketing Ops team and ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales and Business Development
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or GTM Operations, particularly in demand generation
- Experience scaling a B2B SaaS company from approximately 100M ARR to over 300M ARR
- Proficient in optimizing Marketo Salesforce lifecycle frameworks and attribution reporting
- Strong understanding of funnel analytics, data governance, and campaign taxonomy
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
