Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Automations to modernize and re-architect its marketing-to-revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign the marketing operating model to create a cohesive marketing-to-revenue system
- Establish AI-assisted funnel intelligence to enhance conversion rates and pipeline flow
- Define and evolve the marketing technology architecture to support AI-native demand generation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS
- Experience redesigning marketing operating models for enterprise demand generation
- Proven ability to integrate AI or advanced analytics into marketing workflows
- Experience with complex marketing technology ecosystems, including MAP and CRM integration
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision making
