Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Automations to modernize and re-architect its marketing-to-revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Redesign the marketing operating model to create a cohesive marketing-to-revenue system
  • Establish AI-assisted funnel intelligence to enhance conversion rates and pipeline flow
  • Define and evolve the marketing technology architecture to support AI-native demand generation


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS
  • Experience redesigning marketing operating models for enterprise demand generation
  • Proven ability to integrate AI or advanced analytics into marketing workflows
  • Experience with complex marketing technology ecosystems, including MAP and CRM integration
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision making
