Job Summary

To support a modern Marketing Operations function, the remote full-time Director of Marketing Program Management & Operations will lead program management for large-scale initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and coordination across teams while driving improvements in workflow and transparency.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead program management for cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and clear planning
  • Own marketing intake and request management processes, providing visibility into demand and prioritization
  • Develop and maintain standardized process documentation and operational playbooks to enhance efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or large-scale project management
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of intake management and workflow design processes
  • Experience with marketing work management or workflow tools
