Job Summary
Owning the systems, data, analytics, and processes that drive pipeline creation, the full-time remote Director of Marketing Operations will manage funnel reporting, modernize martech, and design lead management operations while partnering with various teams to ensure seamless marketing and sales integration.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain executive-ready dashboards for funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and revenue attribution
- Audit and optimize the marketing technology stack to enhance demand generation and reporting accuracy
- Build scalable frameworks for lead management and campaign operations, improving lead routing and sales acceptance
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related fields, preferably in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years of experience managing teams in marketing operations, analytics, or campaign operations
- Proven track record of modernizing or scaling a martech stack for pipeline growth and revenue attribution
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Pardot
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional priorities
