Job Summary
To build and own the operating system behind marketing efforts, the full-time remote Director of Marketing Operations will manage strategy, execution, and reporting across various marketing systems, ensuring clean tracking and reliable measurement for campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing operations strategy, including workflows for campaigns and funnel reporting
- Oversee lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and data quality processes while ensuring cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct weekly and monthly marketing operating reviews, providing performance insights and actionable reporting for leadership
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles within B2B SaaS or developer tools
- Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, with strong knowledge of lifecycle automation and campaign operations
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and build executive-level reporting
- Hands-on experience in systems operation, capable of managing workflows and QA processes
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with teams in RevOps, Sales, Finance, Product, and Data
