Job Summary

Experienced healthcare marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Director of Marketing, Part D, responsible for leading member marketing and communications strategy, designing and executing campaigns to enhance performance across key programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and own the member marketing and communications strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on program goals and performance data
  • Author and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery across various formats
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance to identify insights and optimize ongoing strategies, presenting results to senior leadership
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of marketing or communications experience in a healthcare environment, including Medicare Advantage or managed care
  • Proven ability to translate research and insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Experience in developing integrated multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, email, SMS, IVR, and digital
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear and compelling communications for diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public health, psychology, or a related field
