Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing PMO by managing a team of project managers and establishing global standards and workflows
• Build operational infrastructure by optimizing tech stacks and streamlining collaboration
• Drive cross-functional alignment by serving as the primary marketing representative within the enterprise PMO

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management or business operations within a top-tier advertising agency or high-growth in-house marketing organization
• Proven experience managing teams of project managers and coordinating large-scale programs
• Strategic and systems-oriented with expertise in building frameworks and AI-enabled workflows
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise software cycles
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership
