Job Summary
To lead the evolution of marketing project management, the full-time remote Director of Marketing PMO will define and enhance the marketing PMO operating model, oversee a high volume of marketing initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across B2C and B2B teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the Marketing PMO operating model, ensuring efficient campaign lifecycle management
- Oversee multi-channel marketing delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Lead and develop a team of project managers, establishing performance standards and fostering a collaborative culture
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing project, program, or PMO leadership within complex organizations
- Proven experience in leading and scaling project and resource management teams
- Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront as a work management platform
- Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while maintaining operational accountability
