Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and tactical individual, the full-time remote Director of Marketing Production will manage marketing operations, oversee production logistics, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables while serving as the central communication hub for cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Translate complex enterprise agreements into clear production pipelines and oversee the delivery of co-branded assets
  • Act as the primary operational representative for major corporate initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional leaders to align strategy with execution
  • Administer core marketing platforms, ensuring data hygiene and compliance while managing internal communications and workflow automation
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative production, or project management
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo), CRMs (Salesforce), and content management systems (WordPress/Webflow)
  • Strong expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) and digital asset management systems
  • Ability to build scalable systems while also being hands-on with technical issues
  • Exceptional communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset for managing complex timelines
