Job Summary
Leading the Marketing Return on Investment (ROI) global program, the full-time salaried Director of Marketing Strategy will manage high-impact strategic initiatives to enhance marketing performance capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making within a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee marketing performance projects, particularly related to marketing mix models
- Build actionable insights and reporting based on data to optimize marketing investments and execution
- Drive change management and partner with Marketing leaders to implement project initiatives effectively
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree in statistics, marketing, business, or a related field
- Seven or more years of experience in marketing, strategy, or business consultancy roles
- Proven track record of managing multiple strategic projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to conduct analyses using Excel or other tools like Power BI or Alteryx
- Strong critical thinking skills and experience in driving change initiatives
