Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution for revenue growth, the remote Director of Marketing Strategy will lead integrated marketing initiatives for the Digital Procurement Network and Supply Chain divisions, partnering closely with leadership to drive customer acquisition and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Define annual marketing-attributed revenue targets and KPIs in collaboration with Division Presidents, adjusting strategies based on performance data
- Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies across various marketing channels, targeting key buyer personas
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering talent development while ensuring high standards for campaign excellence and strategic thinking
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B marketing leadership roles with a focus on revenue-generating strategies
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition through integrated marketing efforts
- Experience in building go-to-market strategies for B2B marketplaces or multi-sided platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and optimize marketing based on data
- Effective cross-functional partnership skills to align strategy across sales, product, and executive teams
