Job Summary

To enhance marketing capabilities, the full-time remote Director of Marketing Technology will build and optimize the marketing technology stack, manage email and website operations, and drive continuous performance improvements through data analysis and strategy execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and manage the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and analytics tools
  • Own website operations and manage email production in HubSpot, ensuring effective execution and troubleshooting
  • Oversee tracking of performance metrics and develop SEO strategies to drive organic traffic
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, technology, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot) and CRM systems
  • Experience with web content management systems and web analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and organic search optimization
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data for informed decision-making
