Director of Marketplace Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Walmart Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Marketplace Managers focused on Walmart.com, fostering a high-performance culture
• Own the Walmart channel P&L, driving financial improvements and implementing automation tailored to Walmart's ecosystem
• Develop strategic relationships with Walmart's partner managers and collaborate on promotional plans

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of people leadership experience in a corporate or high-growth environment
• 7+ years of experience in Walmart e-commerce, including knowledge of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
• Proven track record of managing a complex P&L and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in business development and identifying growth opportunities within the Walmart ecosystem
• Extensive negotiation experience with platform partners and internal stakeholders
