Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of operations experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare services or digital health
• Familiarity with clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and payer contracting
• Experience implementing operational systems at scale
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage teams
• Passion for mental health and supporting healthcare workers' wellbeing
