Job Summary

Director of Mass Affluent Solutions, Series 65 Licensed, is a full-time leadership role responsible for building and optimizing a nationwide team of advisors to enhance client experience and drive performance in mass affluent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of advisors while ensuring accountability to service standards
• Drive the execution of the mass affluent strategy, refining service models and enhancing advisor productivity
• Track and analyze performance metrics to inform decisions and provide insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA) or CFP preferred
• Series 65 license required
• 5+ years of leadership experience in wealth management or financial services
• Experience in client segmentation strategies and advisor team leadership
• Strong financial acumen with a focus on performance or P&L outcomes
