Director of Measurement and Impact

Job Summary

To support a growing consultancy, the Director of Measurement and Impact will manage a portfolio of projects and teams while engaging in delivery as needed, working remotely in a part-time to full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Measurement & Impact projects from initial scoping to final outputs, ensuring strong client relationships and project oversight
• Manage and support team members, fostering a collaborative culture and providing guidance and feedback
• Represent the organization in external forums and strengthen client relationships to enhance business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in measurement, evaluation, or adjacent fields within international development or impact-oriented work
• Proven track record of managing client engagements end-to-end, including scoping, delivery, and maintaining commercial health
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams across remote or multi-country contexts
• Experience in consulting or a similar client-facing environment, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work
• Comfort with new technology, including AI and automation, and a self-directed, experimental approach
