Director of Measurement Methodology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Head of Methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead measurement calculation methodology and apply advanced analytical frameworks to enhance measurement methodologies
• Own and manage the SPINS projection strategy, including data sources and vendor expectations
• Collaborate with Data Strategy and Data Science teams to define and prioritize methodology roadmap and translate complex models into scalable measurement standards

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in market measurement, advanced analytics, or applied statistical modeling within CPG, retail, or related industries
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, or equivalent applied experience
• Strong understanding of projection, weighting, calibration, and complex statistical models
• Fluency in syndicated retail/CPG geography constructs and integrated panel and POS approaches
• Experience in communicating complex methodologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
