Director of Measurement Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Measurement Strategy to define the strategic direction for data analytics and strategy across a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year data analytics and strategy roadmap aligned with commercial outcomes
• Lead senior client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Design comprehensive cross-channel measurement plans and drive revenue growth through new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, or analytics leadership roles
• Proven experience in P&L ownership and client portfolio management
• Deep expertise in analytics and measurement, including advanced analytics and attribution
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and pricing
• Experience managing and developing teams, with a focus on capability building
