Director of Media Investment

Job Summary

Owning the media investment function, the full-time Director of Media Investment will strategically manage agency spend, develop investment strategies, and oversee the execution of commercial agreements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and managing investment strategies across media partners, including Joint Business Plans and incentive programs
• Translating negotiated agreements into actionable plans and ensuring accurate documentation and reconciliation of commercial agreements
• Building scalable processes and tools for investment reporting, forecasting, and opportunity identification

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in media investment, media buying, or agency commercial strategy
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating agency-level upfronts and managing significant media investments across multiple channels
• Strong knowledge of traditional and evolving media investment principles, including programmatic and retail media
• Proven analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
• Experience building scalable processes and managing complex initiatives in a matrixed organization
