Director of Medicaid Policy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Medicaid & Food Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Medicaid Food Security Network (MFSN) to enhance healthcare engagement in addressing food insecurity
• Build and maintain partnerships within healthcare, government, and community organizations to support Benefits Integration strategies
• Conduct research and policy analysis to inform strategic recommendations and support the MFSN's objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred but not required
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in Medicaid policy development or implementation
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid, healthcare trends, and social determinants of health
• Experience in coalition building and cross-organizational collaboration
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI and Quorum is helpful
