Director of Medical Admissions

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day operations of the Medical Admissions Consulting program, the full-time remote Director of Medical Admissions will manage the admissions team, oversee customer service, and ensure high-quality student support while demonstrating a strong understanding of the medical school admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise admissions team members, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Serve as a senior point of contact for customer-service issues, resolving escalations and enhancing student satisfaction
• Oversee advising workflows and ensure accurate student-facing materials throughout the admissions cycle

Required qualifications

• Experience leading or administering a medical school admissions program, preferably in a senior admissions leadership role
• Deep familiarity with the medical school application process and relevant application systems
• Proven people-management experience in a service or education environment
• Proficiency with data tracking and visualization tools, including spreadsheets and dashboards
• Strong organizational skills with experience in maintaining SOPs and quality assurance
