Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Medical Affairs Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. Medical strategic planning process and ensure alignment with brand strategy
• Design and implement U.S. Medical Excellence initiatives to enhance capabilities and processes
• Oversee execution of key U.S. Medical initiatives, ensuring governance and accountability

Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced degree required (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent scientific degree)
• Significant experience in Medical Affairs with leadership in strategy and execution
• Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational discipline
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical technology, or biotechnology organizations preferred
