• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy cost interventions and communicate strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in medical and pharmacy cost-related work, preferably with self-insured employers
• Strong ability to analyze complex healthcare data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Stata, and data visualization software
• Experience in developing and executing cost management strategies
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to healthcare cost management
