Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis to identify trend and performance drivers, translating insights into actionable strategies
Connect operational performance with financial and clinical outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to assess and measure initiatives impacting medical loss ratio (MLR)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; actuarial designation (ASA or FSA) is a plus
7+ years of relevant actuarial or analytical healthcare experience
Proficient in SQL, R, or Python
Exceptional analytical skills, including data visualization and presentation in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
