Director of Medical Economics

Job Summary

To support market affordability targets, the full-time remote Director of Medical Economics will manage trend analysis, identify cost drivers, and lead a team in delivering actionable insights while collaborating with various market and analytic teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with regional teams to co-lead trend management and cost reduction strategies
• Lead the identification and analysis of medical cost anomalies and affordability opportunities
• Present executive-ready analytics and mentor analysts in developing analytic and communication skills

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or 4 years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of quantitative analysis experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in medical economics or analytics-driven leadership roles
• Familiarity with health insurance analytics and medical claims data
